The only and last concert of this band in Spain will be the 20th of July at the Golf Course of Costa Adeje in Tenerife, as part of their international tour “Farewell”. The Canarias Live Sun Festival that had already brought to the island personalities such as Elton John and Rod Stewart, strikes once again bringing to Tenerife the famous British band Simply Red presenting their “Farewell” tour, which will be the last tour before “closing the chapter of a marvellous adventure”, according to Mike Hucknall, leader and vocalist of the band.

The Farewell Tour will present concerts all over the world, including the one in Adeje, Tenerife, next 20th of July, which will be the only concert this band will give in Spain.

Jordi Esplugas, representative of the producer company in charge of the Canarias Live Sun Festival, said that “this is a new bet of our company on the local tourist industry, having among other goals the promotion and the increase of the satisfaction of the tourists, and of course, of our people”.
This renowned Pop band that counts with a quarter of a century career, have played 1,100 shows all over the world, have sold 55 million albums, and have had 31 number one in the Top 40 UK, apart from have won many important and famous awards throughout their astonishing career.
